Business Development Manager UAE

Lead growth initiatives and expand their market presence in the dental consumables industry across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the dental market.

Description

* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and market share for dental consumables.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust business strategies accordingly.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with key clients and partners.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.

Requirements:

* Educational degree in Dentistry is a must
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the dental or medical consumables sector.
* Strong knowledge of the dental industry in the UAE.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Valid UAE driving license.
