Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Company is looking for a BUSINESS DELEVOPMENT MANAGER who can join our company immediately.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that monthly and yearly targets are met or exceeded by overseeing and managing the sales team.
• Create and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives.
• Provide sales agents with training, mentoring, and feedback to ensure consistent high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with important stakeholders, like property developers, owners, and potential buyers.
• Assist the Agents to make presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create efficient sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and queries.
• Keep up-to-date with property trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs by conducting market research.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Represent the Company during industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience for the same job description either in a brokerage or developer company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the latest real estate trends and best practices.
• A valid UAE driving license.
