As the Business Central IT Specialist you will play a pivotal role in optimising business processes, implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central and empowering employees through training and support
Client Details
Our client is a well-known manufacturing company offering bespoke and high-end products & equipment for some the largest hospitality sector entities in the UAE.
Description
* Analyse current "as is" business processes (including industrial supply, production, and logistics) to identify areas for optimization and develop detailed solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Manage the migration from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Leading the project team and working with the vendor to track progress and ensuring on-time, on-budget implementation that aligns with business objectives
* Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the new systems
* Collaborate with colleagues across various departments (supply chain, production, logistics, finance) to ensure a smooth integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Job Offer
* Attractive, tax-free salary of between AED 8,000 - 12,000 per month

Requirements:
* A bachelor degree in IT, Business Informatics or other relevant field* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting, alongside exposure to some coding and programming
* Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong preference for experience in Navision & Dynamics 365 Business Central. Including the ability to identify and deliver modifications to meet business requirements
* Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of optimising business processes
* A solid understanding of supply chain, production, logistics, and financial processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit
* Fluency in English; French is a plus
