My client a management consultancy firm dedicated to delivering innovative solution are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal clients to create service maps and document product and service definitions.
• Map out detailed workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of business processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating service maps and documenting product and service definitions.
• Ability to map out and optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• UAE Driving license and car
