JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a global luxury brand to recruit a dynamic and experienced Brand Training Director. This role is crucial for driving the brand's success and growth by enhancing its image, increasing sales, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the region.

This is a great opportunity to work in a strategic leadership position, ensuring that training initiatives align with business goals and improve customer experience in them stores and wholesale channels, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director and working closely with the Brand Director and Regional HR Director.

The role will play a crucial part in being a master storyteller, effectively communicating the brand's vision, values, and selling points in a captivating way.

Additionally, the Brand Training Director will conduct regular visits to stores and wholesale locations to connect with teams, gather feedback, and ensure training effectiveness.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar training leadership role within the retail or fashion industry. Our client is looking to recruit a candidate with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Fluency in English and a willingness to travel regionally are required.
