Charterhouse has partnered with a prestigious Luxury Beauty and Fragrance Brand, who is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager for their unique store in Al Ain, UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand and to be a part of their successful growth and expansion plans in the UAE region. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as the business development and building luxury store experiences with clientele.

Requirements:

The Boutique Manager must be an experienced leader, who can develop and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results as well as to exceed their targets. Other duties will include recruiting, training, and motivating new team members, ensuring they have excellent product knowledge at all times. Additionally, the role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.
