JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

BMS Testing & Commissioning Engineer ( KSA Jobs)

- Conduct testing and commissioning activities for Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing and commissioning tasks.
- Relevant Knowledge needed in Sauter and Schneider IBMS software and Hardware.
- Programming Knowledge required for doing the sequence and operation.
- Knowledge of HVAC System like chiller water system, cooling towers, primary and secondary pumps, hot water systems, AHU's, FAHU, FCU etc.
- Knowledge of BMS architecture with different types of operator workstations, supervisory controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors, actuators etc.
- Proficiency in wiring field devices, panels etc
- Knowledge in IOT and other remote connections for BMS system

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
