JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our client’s team in Dubai. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the café.

Key responsibilities include crafting a variety of coffee drinks, operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and engaging with customers to ensure a pleasant experience. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, handling payments, and assisting with any other tasks as needed to support the team.

Candidates must be on their own visa (Spouse, Family, Golden, or Freelancer). Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, has a friendly and outgoing personality, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this Barista position is someone with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.

Key attributes we are looking for include:

- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. You should be familiar with operating coffee machines, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, and maintaining high standards of beverage quality.

- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are essential. You should be friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers to ensure they have a positive experience in the café.

- Passion for Coffee: A genuine interest in coffee and the ability to share that passion with customers is important. You should enjoy crafting beverages and be willing to learn about different coffee varieties and preparation techniques.

- Attention to Detail: The ability to follow recipes accurately, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that every cup of coffee meets quality standards is crucial.

- Adaptability: The café environment can be fast-paced, especially during peak hours. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to the needs of the business.

- Visa Requirement: Must be on your own visa (Spouse, Family, Golden, or Freelancer). This is a mandatory requirement for the role.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
