What You'll Be Doing

The Associate - E-Commerce will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment of e-commerce orders. The role ensures accuracy and timeliness in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, while maintaining compliance with inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of stock management, order processing, and e-commerce systems. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams, including supply chain, category management, and IT support, to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all items are accurately picked, packed, and meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained in the system and stores, and coordinate replenishments to prevent shortages.
- Packaging & Compliance: Manage packaging materials, ensuring compliance with company standards for e-commerce packing. Secure necessary materials across locations.
- Collaboration with Supply Chain: Align with the supply chain and category management teams for online activation support, inventory replenishment, and material transportation.
- Marketplace Support: Provide support for marketplace vendors by managing e-commerce stocks and ensuring the timely receipt of products.
- System Accuracy: Maintain precise stock-on-hand (SOH) records, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring systems are updated in real time.
- Technical Issue Reporting: Immediately report any technical errors to the IT service desk and follow up for resolution.
- Returns Management: Handle returned orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge transfer across teams to ensure a hybrid approach is maintained between e-commerce and retail operations.
- Customer Service Coordination: Ensure timely packaging and collection of Click & Collect and home delivery orders, maintaining proper documentation for each order.
- Flexibility & Multitasking: Adapt to multiple tasks, working across various teams to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:
What You'll Need To Succeed

- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory) to liaise with teams across the region.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) like Oracle.
- Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain, with a focus on stock and order management is a must.
- Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, handle operational challenges, and work proactively to resolve issues across different teams.
