JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Lead and manage the team to ensure excellent service to customers and enhance their consumption experience;
• Responsible for using various media resources to implement effective publicity plans and expand influence;
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the exhibition hall, including data analysis and monthly reporting, and proposing improvement and reform measures;
• Responsible for managing the exhibition hall's merchandise display and creating a good business environment;
• Responsible for the recruitment, training and development plan of new employees;
• Responsible for receiving and handling customer complaints and suggestions;

Requirements:

• English & Arabic Speaker
• Candidates with a background in Retail, Sales, Business Management or marketing are preferred., etc.
• Have a good image and etiquette quality, good service awareness, and experience in home furnishings or luxury goods industry is preferred
• Strong execution ability and communication and negotiation skills, as well as high professional ethics and professional ethics;
• Familiar with market competition and trends, able to adapt to and respond to market changes;
• Have some experience in using social media platforms for marketing;

Salary:
AED 7,500 to 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
