JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Main Responsibilities
- Development of Architectural proposals and projects; from inception to completion;
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information in the management of the specific architectural or engineering project in which he/she is a specialist
- Analyze projects, risks and opportunities, interconnecting their qualities and non-conformities, possibilities of optimization interacting with the various stakeholders (Production, Commercial, Logistics, external consultants, etc.) in the formulation of advantageous solutions at the technical and economic level;
- To contribute to the optimization of the budget and/or work that meets the technical criteria and that is economically more favorable to the Group;
- To acquire, study and disseminate technical engineering laws and regulations;
- Promote the use of Revit / BIM software with the team, from the planning of the various life cycles of the building, from concept to construction, and even its maintenance;
Requirements:
- Higher Education in Architecture;- Full autonomy on Architectural Design;
- Knowledge of the legislation applicable to the Architectural and construction sector;
- Mastery of all project phases and business models (IPD, Tender, Design & Build…) Minimum experience of 7 years in project development (BIM);
- Experience in the coordination of multidisciplinary projects of large buildings (Hotels, Hospitals, Allotments, Shopping Centers, Industry);
- Mastery of Technical Options that promote business optimization at the project level, as well as transversal Engineering that impacts this definition (Fires, Acoustics, Thermal);
- Experience in incorporating industrialization into projects to enhance their speed and mitigation of labor and risk (preferred);
- Sense of responsibility, orientation towards results and compliance with deadlines;

- Mastery of Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint software.
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
