Job Description:
• Responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets within UAE & GCC
• Establish strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with the marketing and product teams
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the market reach
• Collaborate with marketing to promote spare parts through various channels and attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events to represent the company
• Monitor competition, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
Position Title: Aftermarket Area Sales ManagerEmployment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian and Arabic nationals
• 38 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales industry; familiarity with these brands is preferred – Denso / FBK /DJ /QSTEN /KOYO
• Must have strong understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket spare parts market and industry trends
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
