JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is seeking a extremely well spoken, experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure timely collection of payments. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of invoices to clients
- Monitor and track outstanding balances, aging reports, and collection efforts
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payment
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any issues to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any issues or disputes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
