Position Title: Accounting & Admin Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known and distinct mall in Motor City.

Job Description:
- Create and update spreadsheets for daily transactions, manage accounts receivable and payable, process reimbursements, and handle financial metrics reporting.
- Prepare budgets, maintain financial reports on investments, return on assets, and growth rates, and report on financial projections like liquidity and cash flow.
- Keep accurate records of invoices, tax payments, and company liabilities, ensuring compliance and addressing any account discrepancies.
- Participate in payroll processes, prepare notices for tenants, and follow up on payments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist the Mall Manager with daily administrative tasks, secretarial duties, tenant and customer relations, and general support duties.

Requirements:
- 35 years old and below
- At least 1 year UAE experience in the same industry (real estate or rental/commercial industry)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
