Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Develop and adjust project plans to meet evolving needs, assigning responsibilities based on AutoCAD drawings
- Lead the project team to ensure timely delivery within budget, collaborating with procurement for material sourcing
- Oversee production from start to finish, organizing workflow, and maximizing resource use for efficient project completion
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing meetings, subcontractors, and safety documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies throughout the project

Requirements:

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in delivery of projects from inception to handover from Commercial / Hospitality Industry
- Must have Valid UAE Driving License & Own Car
