About the role
The Communication Services business line is responsible for marketing and designing unified communication products for our customers, anywhere in the world, and supporting them in building and operating their advanced communications and collaboration solutions. The candidate will join the "Collaboration and Customer experience Product Marketing" department covering Collaboration, International Voice and customers relationship management products.
You will be primarily responsible for designing, developing and managing the Business Talk product, in collaboration with other product managers.
The strategic objective is to accompany our customers in their cloud transformation. You will contribute to rolling-out local voice services in additional geographies faster, and integrating our voice services to Cloud Collaboration and Customer experience providers solutions, to keep our products relevant to our customers, sustain our competitiveness and EBITDA contribution.
About you
- English and French fluent.
- Good knowledge of the Telecommunications industry in a B2B and international environment: main players, disruptive technologies
- Prior experience in product management or technical product development role requiring business acumen.
- Expert knowledge on voice network services: SIP trunking, carrier interconnect models, voice telecom regulations and obligations (number portability, emergency services, etc).
- Demonstrated financial experience that can be applied to a P&L role, including but not limited to business case creation.
- International experience
- Experience working in project mode (steering and contributing)
- Agile product development experience is an advantage.
- Leadership capabilities, well organized, detail and customer oriented, results driven.
