QA QC Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who specializes in mission critical turnkey solutions. Employing over 750 professionals and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centre’s, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently looking for a QA/QC Manager to join them on Data Centre Projects in Sweden.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• The management, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001.
• Developing quality plans, manuals, documents and systems.
• Working with the Client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines.
• The Completion of Audits.
• Advising Management on QA issues.
• Ensuring that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover.
• Attending and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers.
• Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, in order to stay in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardised and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual.
• Reviewing of all applicable vendor/subcontractor documentation.

Requirements:

You will need

• A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification.
• An ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication, good organisational and planning skills.
• Confident, creative, and energetic approach to addressing all quality-related issues.
• An ability to produce quality written reports.
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable
• EU Passport required.
