JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Required to work for an expanding Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. working on large scale prestigious real estate facilities. The successful candidate will provide advice to the client on effective strategies to manage and control all Soft Services.

Drive improved performance from outsourced suppliers against KPIs through a clearly established link with Service Level Agreements, conduct regular audits across the portfolio to ensure performance consistency against agreed KPIs.

This position is based a remote location and is only suitable for candidates travelling on a single status basis

Requirements:

- A degree or diploma in a relevant subject
- 10 years’ experience in Soft services Facilities Management.
- 5 years’ experience in an environment where a facility is considered Iconic or unique and is of similar high visibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of facility management practices such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc etc., industry trends, and applicable regulations.
- Willing to work in a remote location

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
