TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

We have an opening for a Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) Regional Lead who will be responsible for leading a sales team dedicated to a specific region, comprised of multiple markets within EMEA. This leader will be the advocate for their region and work to uncover growth opportunities for the business and our customers. They will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization to support the short and long term growth of their region. The Regional Lead will coach and manage a team of both managers as well as Sales Specialists to deliver on programs, meet sales targets, and execute customer centric solutions at scale. The Regional Lead will be expected to understand the nuances of their business, develop strategic plans to harness the opportunities of that region and bring an analytical lens to identifying what is working and opportunities for improvement. Success in this position requires a focus on identifying new growth opportunities for the business, coaching sales teams to achieve their goals, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the leadership to engage and grow advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of managers as well as sales specialists to deliver results against set goals
- Oversee multiple markets within a regional portfolio
- Build and evolve scalable processes for our growing sales specialist team
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Manage and coach team to successfully grow post-activation client relationships with advertisers of all sizes
- Oversee the execution of program based sales outreach
- Be an advocate for your region and customers with internal stakeholders
- Leverage data-driven business insights to improve our advertising offerings and drive customer centric product solutions
- Develop strategic plans for both individual markets and for the overall region
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's features and ad units
- Serve as both internal and external product champion in order to help increase product awareness and adoption
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in scaled sales roles within digital marketing -- biddable network experience a plus
- At least 3+ years of management experience of a team of 5 or more
- Fluent multilingual speaker strongly preferred in English and Arabic
- Strong leadership skills both with direct reports as well as key stakeholders within an organization
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
- Experience helping clients plan and execute objective based campaigns
- Excellent collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance and growth potential
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience in performance advertising in a role where you managed significant complexity and scaling challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical
stakeholders
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
- High attention to detail and very organized
