Job Title: Site Mechanical Manager – PV Field
Department: Construction
Location: Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Manager to oversee and manage the construction activities of a large-scale PV solar field in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, maintain productivity norms, and ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction activities such as Ramming/Piling, Trackers installation, Modules assembly, and integration of Cleaning Robots.
- Manage a team of Assistant Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, KPIs, and productivity targets.
- Strictly enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) compliance across all site operations.
- Ensure QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) compliance throughout the project.
- Handle rate analysis, costing, cost control, and material reconciliation.
- Mobilize resources as per project requirements.
- Maintain close coordination with the Project Company and vendors for materials procurement.
- Manage site administration and oversee resource allocation.

Requirements:

- Extensive technical knowledge of Solar PV installations, including international codes and standards.
- Strong project management and direct execution skills.
- Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
- Solid understanding of HSE and QC standards.

Education & Experience:
- Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years dedicated to large-scale Solar PV projects (200 MW and above).
- Overseas experience is highly desirable.
