We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist - Structure and Civil to join our team in Saudi. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, supervising, and constructing all structures and civil works related to the company’s projects. This role will involve developing plans, specifications, and other related documents necessary to complete projects successfully.

Responsibilities:
• Develop plans, specifications, and other related documents necessary for the successful completion of projects
• Supervise and monitor the progress of all structure and civil works related to the company’s projects
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all structures and civil works
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to structures and civil works
• Ensure that safety standards are met and maintained in all structures and civil works
• Develop and implement procedures for quality control and assurance for all structure and civil works
• Manage and coordinate the activities of contractors during the design, construction, and commissioning of projects
• Prepare and present progress reports to management
• Ensure the timely and cost-efficient completion of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least four years of relevant experience in structure and civil works
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Excellent understanding of construction techniques and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
