Employment: Full Time

Our client is leading hospitality and facilities service provider in KSA. They are currently seeking for a Senior Manager - SAP Finance Functional Expert to be based in Jeddah, KSA.

The idea candidate will play a critical role in maximizing the value derived from SAP system and supporting the organization's financial operations by providing expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing SAP Finance modules. Act as Finance Spoke with SAP implementer and experts. Ensuring Continuous Improvement, Compliance & Security, System Enhancements and User Support and Training. Having knowledge of MM and SD modules to lead to better collaboration and alignment.

Roles & Responsibility:
• Ensure System Configuration for SAP Finance modules is aligned with the organization's financial requirements, processes, policy and reporting structures. This involves defining chart of accounts, financial accounting, asset accounting, controlling, treasury and Planning & Budgeting.
• Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously assess and improve finance processes by leveraging the capabilities of SAP Finance. Identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and increasing efficiency in financial operations. Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP Finance. Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, SAP updates, and best practices in finance and SAP Finance. Continuously evaluate and enhance SAP Finance solutions to align with evolving business needs.
• Data Integration and Reporting: Collaborate with other functional teams to integrate SAP Finance with other systems and ensure the seamless flow of financial data. Design and generate accurate and reliable financial reports using SAP Finance reporting tools. Data Integration: Collaborate with other functional teams to integrate SAP Finance with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across applications.
• Financial Reporting: Design and develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP Finance reporting tools. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for management and regulatory purposes.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to finance users on the functionalities, features, and best practices of SAP Finance modules. Help users navigate the system, perform transactions, and resolve any issues or queries.
• Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that SAP Finance configurations and processes comply with relevant finance regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Stay updated with changing regulations and implement necessary changes in SAP Finance accordingly.
• End-to-End understanding for MM and SD processes & transactions within the organization by ensuring their related financial transactions are initiated and completed. Work more effectively with colleagues in procurement, sales, and other departments, leading to better collaboration and alignment.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: When issues arise that span multiple modules, a Finance expert with knowledge of MM and SD can more easily troubleshoot and resolve them. This can help in identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Optimizing System Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize the SAP Finance system to ensure it performs efficiently and meets business needs.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant studies

Knowledge and experience in the following areas below:
• Deep understanding of relevant SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.).
• integration between different SAP modules.
• Business Process design
• Architecture and Framework.
