JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Key Responsibilities

- The candidate should have general knowledge of designing plumbing and utilities system.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent
- The candidate should be familiar with the ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC, IMC, NFPA, UBC code.
- Prepares and reviews of engineering studies, design drawings/ documents, and material/ equipment specification.
- The ideal candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate conceptual ideas with clients and design engineers.
- Relevant years of experience in design engineering with related MEP engineering projects.
- Design of chilled water system, load calculations, duct sizing/layout, ventilation, etc.
- Prepare of pipe sizing/ routing, developing schematic control diagrams, medical gas.
- Experience with sanitary waste, storm, vent and water system.
- Candidate must be capable of performing HVAC calculations both manually and electronically using HAP or Elite software.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree or Equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Standard experience and knowledge on designing
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards or SABIC standards added advantages
