JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Required to join a Facilities Management company on a new airport project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will is responsible for overseeing the facility management operations at a five-star international airport, ensuring excellence in service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role demands a dynamic leader with strong expertise in facility management, operations, and client relations, specifically within an airport environment, capable of managing a diverse team and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance the airport’s operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
10 years of experience in facility management within airport environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing operations, client relations, and project management in a complex, fast-paced airport setting.
Strong knowledge of international airport standards, regulations, and best practices in facility management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored to airport stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in using FM software and project management tools relevant to the aviation industry.
Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP) and aviation safety certifications are a plus.
