JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Professional to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to meet the business requirements of the manufacturing organization.
- Provide expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Central.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and configuration.
- Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of complex HCM and SuccessFactors projects, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, and make recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior team members in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules and functionality, with a focus on integration and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Certification in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
