JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will promote and sell products or services to customers.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation, maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively demonstrate features and benefits.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to persuade clients and secure sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze data to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Negotiate sales agreements, handle objections, and close deals.
• Work with marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Perform tasks requested by the direct manager.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
