JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities - We'll trust you to:

Sales Target Management:
• Integrate sales targets and track progress through daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.

Sales Strategy Making:
• Analysis of data to seek opportunities and make sales strategies.

Sales Project Management:
• Based on business objectives and strategies, identifies key projects, make plans, and coordinate resource guarantees to ensure the target.

Sales Performance Optimization:
• Build sales tools, consolidate operational methods, establish standardized operational processes, and improve team operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Requirements - You'll need to have:

• 1-3 years of experience in merchant operations, with certain knowledge or experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
• Good communication and expression skills, willing to collaborate.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Good logical thinking.

Additional - The following are preferred:

• Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industry is preferred.
• Proficient in using Excel or other data analysis tools.
• English can be used as a working language.
