JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the information technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to the success of our organization and play a key role in expanding our market presence in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business development and growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the information technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of products and services to prospective clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations and driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients in the region.

Salary:
SAR 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 1% of sales commission or 10% profit
