JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at a leading travel agency in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our travel services and increase market share. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The candidate must have a transferable Iqama and is currently in Saudi Arabia the person must have at least 5 years' experience working in a tours and travels agency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel packages and services, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Conduct regular sales and marketing performance analysis and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the travel sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to create impactful campaigns and measure performance.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary:
SAR 4,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation
