Restaurant Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for Restaurant Supervisor for a fine dining restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

The Restaurant Supervisor is the person in charge of the Restaurant. Maintains complete control of the all operation at all times. Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Will be responsible for the discipline of all the Hospitality staff.

Responsibilities

- Preparing the institution for opening and closing;
- Distribution of duties between employees, staff training;
- Personnel control, labor discipline and conflict resolution;
- Selection of personnel or its coordination;
- Control over the organization of banquets and offsite events;
- Decorating the hall for the holidays and organizing performances by invited artists;
- Compliance with fire safety measures, work with regulatory authorities;
- Work with providers;
- Control of work with social networks, guest questions, reviews;
- Drawing up reports.

Requirements:

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B Operations and in a Managerial position.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to handle the pressures of a busy restaurant, guest demands, simultaneously coordinate a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems
- English – proficiency in spoken and written English
- Additional languages – preferred Arabic

Salary:
USD 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
