Job Description

Michelin Star Restaurant Host/Hostess

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage. As a Host/Hostess at Wild Honey St James you will support the team to create an unforgettable restaurant experience for our guests.

What you will be doing:
- Take bookings for the Restaurant, via telephone, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning enquiries into booking and handling guests orders.
- Keep up to date and accurate all enquiries relating bookings and put them in the systems and follow up any guest's requirements and pass it on to the right person.
- Maintain the data of the systems up to date and does the monthly.
- Liaise with the restaurant management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertise accordingly on website.
- Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings, create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant.
