JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Play an active role with the annual overall planning and budget for recruitment
• Review and decide on target sources based on where we are successful, where we can find diverse talent etc.
• Define KPIs for lateral teams
• Provide guidance to consultants who are supporting with lateral sources including talking points based on our current needs and overall candidate value proposition
• Report and analyse data throughout the year and make changes as and when necessary, based on the business needs
• Be ready to make bold and creative changes to stay ahead of the curve and continue to elevate the lateral recruitment function
• Have a clear plan to agile and to support the business needs, knowing which sources to activate when and how
• Monthly reports on the overall lateral stats including a dashboard measuring our KPIs, tracking our lateral sources, what events have taken place, are planned, the number of applications, interviews, offers and offer accepted
• Stats on why offers are declined and to track market data to ensure our offers are competitive
• Prepare the lateral recruitment team with an overview of the latest Company facts and global EVP
• Weekly updates to the practice leads providing strategic input to help achieve their goals
• Help manage the recruitment newsletter alongside the campus manager
• Work with global and local marketing to strengthen the Company brand, including but not limited to LinkedIn campaigns, non- recruitment events to help bring brand awareness in line with our diversity ambitions
• Reviewing contracts, ensuring all relevant approvals are in place
• Monthly performance check-ins with the lateral team
• Weekly team meetings to make sure they have everything they need and are clear on their priorities
• Address any areas of improvement and suggest any online trainings that would help each individual
• Make sure the team is using and updating both Taleo and Yello so our reports are accurate
• Review all templates and external communication on a regular basis with the team
• Take responsibility for other day to day and ad-hoc administrative tasks;
• Adhere to the development of a professional recruitment service, ensuring key customers and business requirements are met in a timely manner

• Provide guidance to consultants who are supporting with campus including talking points based on our current needs and overall candidate value proposition
• Report and analyse data following each campaign and make changes as and when necessary
• Be ready to make bold and creative changes to stay ahead of the curve and continue to elevate the campus recruitment function
• Have a clear timeline on where and when we are recruiting, have consultant support secured for all our target schools
• Monthly reports on the overall campus stats including a dashboard measuring our KPIs, tracking our target schools, what events have taken place, are planned, the number of attendees, applications, interviews, offers and offer accepted
• Stats on why offers are declined and to track market data to ensure our offers are competitive
• Prepare the campus recruitment team with an overview of the latest Company facts and global marketing materials
• During the campus cycle, provide weekly updates to the recruitment manager and recruitment partner plus committee
• During the off-campus cycle, oversee the recruitment campus newsletter which will be sent to all target schools via Yello
• Work with the global campus teams to ensure consistency and that we are packaging Company as a global firm
• Work with global and local marketing to strengthen the Company brand
• Preparing contracts, ensuring all relevant approvals are in place
• Supporting onboarding of new interviewers by helping to lead the interview training along with consultants
• Support tracking, monitoring and reporting on recruiting statistics and results
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting process, by identifying opportunities to be more efficient or more professional
• Support the whole HR department initiatives from time to time.

Requirements:
• KSA national
• Relevant work experience (min 6-15 years) in a professional, corporate, customer-focused driven business. Preferably an international firm
• Recruiting experience, preferably with campus experience, consulting experience and marketing/event experience
• University degree level
• MBA is a plus
• Proven excellent administrative skills and good telephone manner
• Be able to fit in with a lively and social group. A sense of humour is an asset
• Proficient in general Windows and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Proven ability to plan and organize quickly and effectively, taking responsibility for own work
• Be able to use own initiative using pragmatic and intuitive approaches
• Possess a demonstrated collaborative team working style, reliable under pressure
• Flexible, adaptable to change and resilient with a ‘commitment to make it happen’ attitude
• Be customer focused and able to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion
• Must be a pro-active self-starter with a positive and confident style, able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
• Accuracy with attention to detail with an approach to quality is essential
• Analytically minded and able to articulate thoughts onto slides Proficient in Taleo, Yello and other HR tools
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), proficiency in additional language is an advantage
• Ability to conduct internet research
