We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Hair and Beauty industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in managing appointments, handling client inquiries, and supporting the operational needs of our salon. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, making sure to optimize the calendar for efficiency.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, products, and promotions, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
- Process client payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding client needs.
- Handle client complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain salon operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of salon processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficient in using office software and booking systems, with a willingness to learn new technology.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary:
SAR 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
