Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, designing, and coordinating of hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia. The Project Engineer will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of hospitality projects from conception to completion
• Prepare and track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop project plans and provide technical guidance to ensure on time and on budget completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project meets all quality standards
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor activities of contractors and suppliers to ensure they are in compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure project meets all legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve potential issues in a timely manner
• Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the hospitality industry
• Majorly worked in site rather than the office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and regulations
