Project Director

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

LNR Consultancy are working with an international consultancy who have an immediate need for Project Director based in Riyadh.

Suitable candidates will have a background in Architecture and/or Urban Planning with experience working on large scale developments in the region and ideally based in KSA with Saudi projects experience.

Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Project Management experience - Planning, Scheduling, Costing
- Client facing
- Good coordination across teams
- Ability to work with consultants, sub consultants and stakeholders
- Portfolio experience in large scale regional projects.

Requirements:

We would ideally be short listing candidates based in Saudi who are available with a transferable Iqama

- Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning/Regional Planner
- Current KSA experience
- Consultancy background
- Acting as Project Director/Senior Project Manager
