Project Controls Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Project Controls manager to work for a tier one main contractor based in Jeddah. The role will be working on a large scale industrial building project.

The Project Controls Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls functions of the construction project in Saudi Arabia-Jeddah. The Project Controls Manager will ensure that all project controls requirements are met and that all project information is accurately tracked, reported, and communicated.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the project controls program, including schedule management, cost control, risk management, and document control.
• Develop and monitor project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead the development of the project baseline schedule and its subsequent revisions.
• Monitor the progress of the project and identify any potential risks or issues.
• Ensure that all project documentation is properly stored and organized.
• Manage the project budget and ensure that all costs are tracked and reported.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.
• Monitor project performance and report findings to the project team.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Develop and implement project plans and strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project controls manager role for the main contractor.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and principles.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
