JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

To support the construction function through managing/leading employees, responsible for supporting the implementation of the planning policies, guidelines, processes, procedures. To lead the team efforts to understand the critical path, schedule masterplan, preparing/overseeing the progress updates, reporting requirements, monitoring the progress, reviewing the submitted extension of time claims/disruption claims in coordination with the Project Teams.

Description

* Develop/oversee the development of portfolio/overall schedules and implement the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against the plan
* Develop/review the development of working programs in coordination with the development and delivery teams
* Provide/review the schedule analysis, forecasts and what if scenarios required to support the strategic planning
* Maintaining and managing the master program, including sitewide activities, logistics, and Interfaces coordination for the assets
* Input into the preparation of the project reports, forecasts and analysis to ensure reporting integrity, consistency and that produced reports meet the requirements, policies and standards
* Provide overview analysis of the progress status and schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action where necessary
* Work closely with Project Controls team and lead meetings related to the program development/updates
* Provide the commercial teams with progress updates/ forecasts required to produce the budget forecasts and cashflows.

Requirements:
* An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with a minimum of 18 years of experience, out of which the last 8 years in a managerial role.
