Job Description

- Supports VPO on the hotels performance & administration tasks related to hotels' operations
- Supports Jeddah office from admin & facility management side.
- Develops trackers to ensure all hotels business reviews and visits reports are on track
- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from hotels in Saudi Arabia and the executive support teams.
- Observing, reviewing, and analysing processes to be communicated with the Vice Presidents Operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Designing and maintaining clear operational database and reports to ensure consistency of operations
- Delivering reports to management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the hotels in Saudi Arabia

Requirements:
Qualifications

- Diploma/ Advance Diploma (Hospitality Management)
- 2 Years of Experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Proficient user of: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient in business writing, both in English and Arabic langauges
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
