JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is leading hospitality and service provider in KSA, and currently seeking an Operations Manager. The role is based in the Jeddah, KSA

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a large-scale project for our prestigious client in the aviation sector. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of professionals in the electrical, mechanical, civil, and Building Management Systems (BMS) disciplines to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the client's facility.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operations and maintenance activities at the client's MRO facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team consisting of electrical, mechanical, civil, and BMS specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing facility performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges, implement process improvements, and drive continuous innovation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment functionality, safety measures, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for various maintenance projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience 8+ years in facilities management, particularly in large-scale project
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in budget management, project planning, and performance monitoring.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IWFM, CIBSE) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for work across multiple locations as needed.
