JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

National 3PL Manager

Job Description:
- Daily OPS management with CS/OPs to ensure quality results for the organization.
- Manage the physical flows with the coordination of 3PL of receiving, replenishment, STR, SIR and outbound
- Ensure MLS service level as per the agreed SLA
- Ensure MLS cost KPI’s
- Reduce the POSM inventory level by identifying the old stock laying in the WHs.

Requirements:

- Ensure timely closing of the return GRNs with the coordination of MLS and communicate effectively for any Deviation.
- Manage KSA PD budget and lead the projects that will provide visible reduction in KSA cost.
- Maintain the OPEX within the budgeted CPU.
- Deploy Monthly Cutoff Process in line with the Group Principles.
- Manage the PO cycle for vendors.
- Manager GRPO, validate and book the service invoice timely.
