JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Strategic Brand Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with KeeTa's vision and mission, translating brand elements into go-to-market strategies.

Marketing Campaign Leadership:
- Lead the development and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, OOH, and digital advertising.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution of integrated marketing initiatives.

Performance Measurement:
- Measure and analyze the success of campaigns and activities, provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization based on local insights.

Market Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor and report on brand health and industry trends, providing strategic insights to the management team.

Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Innovation Driver:
- Bring fresh thinking and propose new marketing ideas/ campaigns based on local insights and trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in branding and marketing communication, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Experience in establishing and managing partnerships with restaurants or similar stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly respond to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- A self-starter with a strong can-do attitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi ecosystem, dynamics and general Food scene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
