JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is collaborating with an international law firm in Riyadh to recruit a proactive Legal PA to join their team in KSA.

This role involves delivering exceptional legal support to a partner and their team of associates within a dynamic office environment. The Legal PA will manage multiple tasks, including complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Additional responsibilities in this role includes performing various administrative duties, drafting and proofreading documents, creating PowerPoint presentations, organizing and attending meetings, and taking minutes. The Legal PA may also be required to support the business development team by assisting with events, pitches, marketing, and carrying out any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, previous experience working within a fast- paced corporate environment is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional and personable demeanor, with exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

An eagerness to grow and develop within the role is highly valued. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Further education in a related field is preferred.

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
