JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

In this role you develop fundraising strategies, build relationships with investors (SWF, Buy side Investment houses, Family Offices), negotiate investment terms, and close funding rounds to secure the necessary capital for the company's different investment funds. The location is flexible across KSA or UAE.

Description

* Fundraising Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
* Investor Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and angel investors.
* Pitch Deck Preparation: Developing compelling pitch decks and presentations to showcase the company's value proposition, market opportunity, and financial projections.
* Negotiation and Deal Closing: Leading negotiations with investors, structuring investment terms, and closing funding rounds on favourable terms.
* Post-Investment Management: Managing investor communications, reporting on company performance, and ensuring compliance with investor agreements.

Requirements:
* Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in the GCC region, specifically in fundraising, fund placement, or investor relations roles.
* Strong Network: Well-established relationships with sovereign wealth funds (SWFs), investment houses, and family offices in the region.
* Deep Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the GCC investment landscape, including market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory requirements.
* Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with investors and building strong relationships.
* Negotiation and Deal Closing: Proven ability to negotiate complex investment terms and close funding rounds on favorable terms.
