Job Description
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly
- Upselling hotel services and amenities to guests
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out of the hotel in a courteous and pleasant manner.
- Use the appropriate phrases and greetings when interaction with guests.
- Provide information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
Communicate pertinent shift information to the next shift and direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests' stay.
- Customer focus & strong communication skills
- Previous experience with a Opera experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- English language
Additional Information
- Coordinating with porters, concierge, kitchen staff and housekeeping.
- Undertaking front desk service duties.
- Resolving problems and dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guests.
- Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay.
Responds to guest inquiries by understanding inquiry.
