Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive condition assessments of buildings and assets, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Perform audits of FM service providers, evaluating their maintenance and safety practices, and recommending enhancements for improved performance.
- Develop detailed FM scopes of work based on client needs, asset designs, and specifications.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable FM strategies and plans.
- Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions for optimizing facility operations, including energy efficiency initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facility management.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for clients.
- Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Perform all other related FM consultancy tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- LEED certification or similar sustainability accreditation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management consulting or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting building condition assessments and audits.
- Strong understanding of building systems and technical services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
- Knowledge of FM industry best practices and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, written and verbal, skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant FM software.
