Factory Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to lead our joinery and fitout operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the joinery and fitout factory, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality joinery and fitout products. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the joinery and fitout factory operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all factory employees
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to translate design concepts into production-ready joinery and fitout solutions
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials and components to support production schedules
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational enhancements
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets, production forecasts, and strategic plans for the joinery and fitout factory

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the construction joinery industry, with a focus on joinery and fitout manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of joinery and fitout production processes, machinery, and materials, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of production professionals, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in production management or joinery and fitout manufacturing are a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
