Description

• Leasing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic leasing plan to attract a diverse mix of retail tenants that complement the overall vision and target demographic of the mega development project.
• Prospecting and Tenant Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective retail tenants, including local boutiques, regional chains, and national brands. Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and trends.
• Lease Negotiation and Documentation: Lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants, including terms, rental rates, and tenant improvement allowances. Prepare lease agreements and other leasing documentation in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease execution and beyond. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
• Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to stay informed of competitive leasing trends, rental rates, and tenant mix strategies. Utilize market insights to refine leasing strategies and maximize occupancy.
• Collaboration with Development Team: Collaborate closely with the development team, including architects, designers, and property managers, to ensure alignment between leasing objectives and project requirements. Provide input on retail space design and layout to optimize leasing potential.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to showcase retail leasing opportunities within the mega development project. Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach prospective tenants effectively.
• Tenant Onboarding and Transition: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new retail tenants, including orientation sessions, coordination of tenant improvements, and integration into the development's community and amenities.
