JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Part Time

Major Real Estate Company in Saudi Arabia requires a Development Manager / Development Director:

Experience in managing and dealing with program and project management companies, consultants, architects, operators, subcontractors, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in real estate development, Architecture, Engineering or Construction

Over 10 year’s experience in real estate development (preferably in KSA) particularly in residential developments, with experience in feasibility, due diligence design and development management, investment, real estate market analysis and real estate product positioning.
