JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job purpose:
To assist in all civil works of Coastal Contracting Company projects by contributing to the design, procurement and contracting process, monitoring of project progress, interfacing with relevant parties in order to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the projects.

Key accountabilities:
• Assist in the design of all civil works and ensure that it is conducted in accordance with the applicable codes necessary in design verification
• Assist in the collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of project design, development of specifications and performance of detailed engineering
• Assist in conducting design reviews to identify project risks and develop response plans
• Prepare a range of documentation including but not limited to design requirements, technical specifications, assessment documents, performance analysis, design manuals, and installation and commissioning documents.
• Work closely across multiple disciplines, management, stakeholders and consultants during design and construction phases of transportation projects.

Requirements:

Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in interior fit out projects.
• Preference on candidates inside Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama and valid for at least 6 months.
