Aviation Commercial Manager

About Us: Our client is a leading provider of aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), we are seeking an experienced Aviation Commercial Manager to join our clients Commercial team, based in the Middle East.
Job Description:
As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our MRO and Charter services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry, including airlines, leasing companies, and other potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, concerns, and preferences to provide personalized solutions and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing of deals.
• Quoting and Proposal Management: Oversee the quoting process for MRO services. Ensure that quotes are accurate, competitive, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to make data-driven decisions and adapt the company's commercial strategies as needed.
• Contract Management: Administer and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are executed accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met and projects are executed smoothly.
Requirements:
• The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role within an Aviation company.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the Aviation industry, particularly in MRO/Operations or similar
• Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
